Tenants pay online through Gelar. Xendit — a licensed payment custodian — holds the funds in escrow, then releases the net to you once the tenant confirms. Gelar never touches your money.
The Rp 10.000 comes off each paid table before release — flat, no taper, no invoice to chase. It only ever applies to a table someone actually paid for.
Xendit's own payment-processing charge is shown as its own line at checkout and passed to you at cost. It is not a Gelar fee.
