Where the money sits

Gelar never holds your money.

Tenants transfer straight into your own bank or QRIS account and upload the bukti. Gelar records the payment and reconciles it against a booth. It is never in the path of your funds, holds no float, and stores no card or bank credentials.

Venues take enquiries here. Organizers send them.

A venue claims its listing, puts one link in its Google Business Profile and its bio, and takes structured requests instead of DMs. 5 venues listed so far; organizers browse the directory as it fills.

Fair questions

What organizers ask before they switch.

Can I reuse the floor plan for the next edition?
Yes. Clone the event and the whole room comes with it: zones, every booth, its code, its price and its position on the plan. Tenants deliberately do not: the new edition starts with an empty funnel, and “Carry over” brings last edition’s tenants in as a separate, deliberate step so returning brands can be offered their old booth first.
Do my tenants need to install anything?
No. Tenants get one link over WhatsApp: the invoice and its payment status, always current. No app, no account, no password.
What if a tenant pays by bank transfer, not online?
That's normal here. The tenant sends the bukti over WhatsApp, you record it against the invoice and verify it in one click, and the finance view updates itself. Manual transfer is a first-class path, not a workaround.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, any time. Your full tenant list (stage, assigned booths, amounts, contacts) exports to CSV straight from the operations view. Your data is yours, and leaving is allowed to be easy.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Free until 30 Nov 2026. After the pilot: a per-event fee by plotted booths (from Rp 500k) plus Rp 10.000 per paid booth. Never a percentage. Comped, barter and sponsor booths carry no per-booth fee.
