The closest thing to Gelar anywhere — built for a different market.
ExpoFP is the closest analogue to Gelar in the world, and the only other player in this category that publishes its pricing. The differences below are mostly about which market each product was built for, not which team built it better.
ExpoFP is a good product and the most direct analogue to what Gelar does. It runs over a thousand trade shows across more than fifty countries, and it publishes its prices openly in a category where almost nobody does. If you run an international trade show and bill in dollars, it is a reasonable choice and we would not pretend otherwise.

|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Flat monthly subscription banded by booth count, published openly, plus an optional payments tier and a done-for-you design service.[1] | A fixed fee per plotted event rather than a monthly subscription, plus a subscription option for organizers running events continuously. |
| Entry price | $149/month for up to 100 booths — about 2,7 juta rupiah a month at 17.990 per dollar, whether or not you are running an event that month.[1] | Free up to 50 plotted tables. Above that, a one-off per-event fee that applies when the plan goes live. |
| Done-for-you plan design | $1,500 to $4,800 per event depending on booth count, including a one-year subscription.[1] | Not currently offered as a productised service. |
| Payment methods | Card-based checkout on the floor plan, with an optional payments tier.[2] | Indonesian rails — virtual accounts, QRIS and e-wallets through Xendit, plus verified manual transfer receipts for organizers who still collect that way. |
| Sales pipeline | Focused on selling finished booths on a public interactive map, with exhibitor self-service.[3] | A prospect-to-paid funnel behind the plan: leads, stages, invoices and settlement all attached to the booth. |
| Tenant communication | Email-based, including per-exhibitor login links.[3] | WhatsApp deep links with templates that carry the booth code and amounts, because that is where Indonesian tenants answer. |

The structural difference is the billing unit, not just the number. A subscription bills every month you hold the account; Gelar's per-event fee bills when a plan goes live. For an organizer running two or three markets a year, that is the difference between twelve charges and two or three. For an organizer running events continuously, a subscription may well be the better shape — which is why we sell one too.
ExpoFP also offers a free tier with limitations and a trial, and discounts for pre-paying six months or more. We have not tried to model those here; see their pricing page for current terms.
