If you own the venue

Listing a venue is free, no commission.

Your listing and your enquiry inbox cost nothing, with no cap on enquiries, no throttle, and no upgrade prompt between you and the organizer who just messaged you. Unconditionally, not as an introductory offer.

Never a commission: not on a booking, not on a deposit, not on anything. Not charging for any of this yet either. If booking automation is ever charged for, it is a flat fee published here before it applies to anyone.

The per-booth fee

Rp 10.000 per paid booth. Nothing on the ones you give away.

Payments go straight to you

Tenants transfer into your own bank or QRIS account and upload the bukti. Gelar records and reconciles it against a booth. It is never in the path of your money.

Invoiced after the event

The Rp 10.000 is flat, with no taper, and only ever applies to a booth someone actually paid for. Comps, barter and sponsor holds never count. Gelar invoices it to you once per event, after the event closes, for the booths that were paid. Nobody is being charged yet.

The processor's fee is separate

If online payment launches, the provider's own processing charge is shown as its own line and passed to you at cost, never marked up. It is not a Gelar fee.

What does Gelar cost?
Free until 30 Nov 2026. After the pilot: a per-event fee by plotted booths (from Rp 500k) plus Rp 10.000 per paid booth. Never a percentage.
What counts as a paid booth?
A booth someone actually paid for through Gelar. The Rp 10.000 per-booth fee counts once per paid booth, from the moment you verify the payment, not when the booth is reserved, invoiced or held.
What about comped, barter and sponsor booths?
They carry no per-booth fee. A booth given away, traded for services, or granted to a sponsor was never paid for, so the Rp 10.000 does not apply to it. They still count toward your plotted capacity, because the per-event fee is charged on the floor plan you built, not on how it filled.
When does the per-event fee actually trigger?
When the event goes live (activation or publish), not when you plot it. Building a floor plan, moving booths around, and previewing the event are always free, however many times you redo them. The fee will be assessed against the plotted capacity at the moment the event is activated. (Nothing is charged during Phase 0. See the note at the top of this page.)
What happens if an event is canceled?
An event that never goes live is never charged, because the per-event fee triggers at activation, so a plan you built and abandoned costs nothing. Refunds to tenants are between you and your tenants, on your own terms. The money never passes through Gelar, so we are not a party to that. We have not yet published the rule for whether a per-event fee is reversed when an event is canceled after going live. Ask us and we will tell you in writing before you commit.
Which fees are the payment provider's, and which are Gelar's?
The payment provider's processing charge is its own line at checkout and is passed to you at cost. It is not a Gelar fee and we do not mark it up. Gelar's fees are exactly two: the per-event fee (or your subscription) and the Rp 10.000 per paid booth. Nothing else, and never a percentage of your revenue.
How is PPN (VAT) treated? Are these prices inclusive or exclusive?
We are confirming the correct treatment with our accountant and will state it here plainly before we charge anyone. Until that answer is published, treat the prices on this page as the fee amounts themselves, and ask us for a written quote if you need certainty for a budget or a procurement process.
How does the Rp 10.000 appear in settlement reports?
Tenants transfer straight into your own account and Gelar is never in the path of the money, so nothing is deducted from anything. Instead, once an event closes, Gelar invoices you the Rp 10.000 for each booth that was actually paid, one invoice per event, after the fact. The finance view already shows the gross per booth and what that invoice would come to, so the number is never a surprise. No organizer is being charged yet. The first invoice is agreed with you in writing before it is issued.
What happens above 400 booths?
Above 400 plotted booths the per-event fee is a custom quote rather than a published band, because events at that size vary too much to price from the floor plan alone. You talk to a person and get the number in writing.
