Claim the profile and it is yours to edit: photos, spaces, rate card by weekday and weekend, operating hours, house rules. We verify by email domain or a document, usually within a few days.

Take enquiries, not DMs.
Bazaar and expo organizers look for space on Gelar. Listing is free and takes no commission. You receive requests with dates, size and how to reach the organizer, and reply with a quote they can accept online.
No approval queue: the listing goes live when its checklist is complete. Already listed? Find your venue and claim it. We verify by email domain or a document, usually within a few days.

2 · One link
A booking link that lives in your bio.
Paste one link into your Google Business Profile and your Instagram bio. Requests arrive structured (dates, by the day or by the hour, size, and how to reach the organizer) in an inbox with a reply-by clock, instead of scattered across WhatsApp groups.
3 · Your room, to scale
The floor plan is on the listing.
We normalise your CAD or PDF into a to-scale room. Organizers see it empty, see the layouts you drew as examples, and can arrange their own booths in it before they ever write to you. A request can arrive with their plan attached.
4 · Quote to booking
Reply with a quote they can accept.
Build the quote from your own rate card; the organizer accepts it on one page, the dates go on hold, the deposit and the balance are tracked against the transfer receipts you verify. Your public calendar shows free, tentative and taken, never a name.
5 · Tanpa komisi
Never a percentage of your booking.
Not on a booking, not on a deposit, not on anything. Listing, inbox, calendar, quotes and bookings are free; if anything is ever charged for, it is a flat fee published before it applies.
