What you get, and what we ask for.
- Free for one event
- No license fee and no per-booth fee for one full event cycle, up to three months from kickoff. You keep everything you build in it.
- Set up with you, not sent to you
- We plot your first floor plan together, import your tenant list, and sit in your ops group through the event. Named support from the founder, not a ticket queue.
- A discount that survives the pilot
- If Gelar works for you and you convert to a paid plan, you keep a standing discount on the published pricing. Pilots are not a trial that quietly reprices.
- We ask to tell the story
- In exchange: permission to use your logo, a short quote, and the event's operating numbers. Nothing goes public without your review first.
This is a good fit if…
- You run bazaars, markets, expos or festivals that sell booths or tables to tenants.
- You have an event coming up in the next three months that is not yet fully sold.
- Today it runs on a spreadsheet, a chat group, and someone's memory.
- You can give us a few hours in the first week. The pilot works because we set it up together.
If your event is further out than three months, apply anyway and say so. We'd rather start the conversation early than have you wait.
